This document sets out the full terms and conditions governing your use of the oojl platform and all services provided by oojl to players in the Philippines. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an oojl account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform, as required by PAGCOR regulations.
Each individual may hold only one registered oojl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
All bets placed and accepted by oojl are final. Funds used for wagering cannot be reversed or charged back once a game round has commenced.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your oojl login credentials. oojl is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
oojl provides deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion options. oojl reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to accounts showing signs of problem gambling behaviour.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: By creating an account with oojl or by continuing to use the oojl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the oojl platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oojl.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and oojl with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and oojl relating to the same subject matter.
2.2 By accessing the oojl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.
2.3 oojl may update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, oojl will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you have difficulty understanding any provision, please contact oojl support before proceeding. Your use of the Platform confirms that you have had the opportunity to seek clarification.
3.1 To use the oojl Platform and participate in real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: oojl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. oojl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in clause 3.1. oojl reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time to confirm compliance with these eligibility requirements.
To access oojl's real-money gaming services, you must register a valid Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by oojl for identity verification purposes.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with oojl. The creation or attempted creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, oojl reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances in accordance with its anti-fraud policies.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oojl login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oojl will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials is your sole responsibility.
You must promptly update your Account information in the event of any change, particularly changes to your mobile number or email address. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in your inability to receive security verifications and may affect your access to withdrawals.
oojl is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by oojl to verify your identity, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID). Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification.
Deposits to your oojl Wallet may be made through payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. oojl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
Funds deposited by Players are held separately from oojl's operational funds. oojl does not use Player funds for its own operational purposes. Your Wallet balance represents a debt owed by oojl to you, repayable on demand subject to these Terms and applicable verification requirements.
You may request a withdrawal of your Wallet balance at any time, subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed on the Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal activities. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your oojl Wallet are legitimately acquired. oojl reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.
6.1 Each Game available on oojl is subject to its individual game rules as displayed within the Game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific Game rules, the specific Game rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that Game.
6.2 All Bets placed on oojl are subject to acceptance by oojl. oojl reserves the right to decline or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of technical error, suspected fraud, or a Bet placed in breach of these Terms.
6.3 Once a game round has commenced and a Bet has been accepted, that Bet is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player. oojl is not responsible for Bets placed in error by the Player.
6.4 All Games on oojl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by licensed testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based Games are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by oojl or any Player.
6.5 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — oojl will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server records. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the corresponding stake returned to the Player's Wallet.
7.1 oojl may offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonuses are credited to your Account in good faith and are intended for the benefit of the individual account holder only. Any attempt to exploit Bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or other manipulative conduct will result in Bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
7.3 Where a wagering requirement applies to a Bonus, the Player must complete the specified wagering turnover before the Bonus or any winnings derived from Bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly communicated at the time of Bonus issuance.
7.4 oojl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Any Bonus credited to your Account prior to such modification remains subject to the terms that applied at the time of the Bonus grant.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oojl Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities:
9.1 oojl is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among its Player community. oojl provides the following tools to all registered Players through their Account settings:
9.2 Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. Players who have activated self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform through any other means.
9.3 oojl reserves the right to apply responsible gaming interventions to any Account at its sole discretion, including where oojl identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

10.1 All content on the oojl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of oojl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
10.3 The oojl name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of oojl. You must not use any oojl trademark without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oojl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you with oojl in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 oojl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.3 oojl is not liable for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures or network disruptions outside oojl's reasonable control; (b) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory changes; (c) your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; or (d) actions of third-party payment processors.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits oojl's liability for death or personal injury caused by oojl's negligence, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude liability under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 You may close your oojl Account at any time by contacting oojl support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance (subject to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
12.2 oojl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) oojl is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order; (c) oojl reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; or (d) you are found to be ineligible under clause 3.1.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by oojl due to a breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach involving fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation, or money laundering is confirmed, oojl may forfeit the relevant balance and report the matter to Philippine authorities.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and oojl, you are encouraged to contact oojl's support team in the first instance so that oojl may attempt to resolve the matter informally. oojl will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.4 oojl's dispute resolution process complies with PAGCOR's requirements for the handling of Player complaints on licensed online gaming platforms.
14.1 oojl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, oojl will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email or on-platform notification to affected Players.
14.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at oojl.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
